PARADOXICALLY TOGETHER, CELL AND ORGANIZING MIND (MIND POWER - 7)

(Excerpts from book: MIND POWER (1980) CH 12, Author - Swami Vijnananand (S.V.), Manashakti publication)

We take others as friends till their errors suit us. When varied selfish motives come together, they remain tied down till it is mutually convenient to them. Lincoln used to say – we take others as friends till their errors suit us. This truth experienced in society is but reflection of universal truth, experienced in every grain of our body.

12.1.       List of evidences. (Ref. “Know your death” by Swami Vijnananand, pages 155 to 157)

Q. Can you give examples of 'contradiction' in Nature?

A. Some aspects are briefly reproduced below:

Physics: Quantum, Indeterminacy. Its relative character
Chemistry: No two particles contact.
Heat: Includes cold and vice-verse (of course to a limit of 'infinity' of temperature).
Magnetism: Magnet made up of opposite poles.
Mathematics: Infinity, line, point, Relative character as 'one' is related to zero.
Electricity: Positive and negative currents.
Light: Cannot be conceived without darkness. It is propagated in darkness, except in atmosphere. One cannot look at the sun.
Speed: Finite at light speed.
Logic: Something is better than nothing. Nothing is better than God. So, something is better than God.
Materialism: Indeterminacy, wave mechanics, Self-sacrifices in wars, Mind exceeding light-speed
Spiritualism: Clinging to 'matter', in practice.
Devotion: Acceptance of God by instalments.
Religion: God's diverse messages.
Heaven: Includes hell.
Hell: Includes heaven.
Unity with God: 'Talk' of inexperience.
Biology: Mendel vs. Michurin gives same results.
Medicine: All methods give 'some' results by contradictory theories.
Allopathy: Inoculation, penicillin.
Homeopathy: Like cures like.
Man: Changing concepts of 'ease' here and after life. Individuality itself conception
Love: Love for all excludes love for your self
Hate: Hate for all excludes hate for your self
Rich: Suffers more
Seeing: Cannot see instrument of sight i.e. 'eye'.
Hearing: Cannot hear 'louder' sounds.
Touch: No two particles ever contact each other.
Smell and taste: Change levels.
Rationalism: Perceiving light of 'knowledge' through knowledge.

New Way dispels contradiction introducing principle of "willing" acceptance of contradiction itself, i.e. likes of dislikes, slowly but surely.

12.2.       Causality (cause effect relationship) tied down in man.

Science is still based on cause effect relationship. At somatic level, its measurability is challenged but ‘CAUSALITY’ as such is not removed totally.

Cause and effect relationship presupposes separation of cause and effect, conceptually though in human frame, for all the internal events, it is supposed to be found fused into a so called individual. (in-divisible)

12.3.       Other list of paradoxical living.

1.      ‘Paths of Science’ (31 P) page 69 informs how anesthetized cells can live under conditions that would be ordinarily fatal under ordinary circumstances. Point 10.9 also gives similar conclusions viz.
-          Under anesthesia i.e. comparatively undetached stage, oxygen consumption is less.
-          Cortex cells die earlier: - Cells of the cortex at dying moment die earlier, being unable to endure hardships and adversities; they try to save themselves by ceasing their function from ruin. Point 10.14 mentions about paradox about enzymes.
2.      “Science and Philosophy” appendix 3-C.
3.      “Purpose of Universe” chapter 7 point 8.
4.      “Know your Death” pages 65 and 141.
5.      Two types of fibers: - The sympathetic and Para sympathetic are distinguished in the vegetative nervous system. They differ to a degree in structure and function, but have simple purpose to innervate and service the internal organs. Where the sympathetic fiber serves to intensify activity of organs, the parasympathetic deceleration and weakens them. And conversely, whenever the sympathetic fiber inhibits an organ’s function, the parasympathetic steps it up.

This is a converse paradoxical mechanism for simple purpose. So, two kinds of cells of the same body act in opposite direction for the same purpose. It speaks of both of “organizing Mind” (the hero of the single purpose) and the paradoxical mechanism. (*Paths of Science, P-31, page 227)

Sentry post: Illustration of sleeping mechanism, where all the brain cells sleep and a spot called Sentry Post is awake.

Paradoxes and mysteries

Human system indeed survives at the cost of breach of laws laid down by the Physics and Chemistry. There are a number of biologists who are of the opinion that it is not possible to give a detailed account of how the amoeba came into existence, its structure and its behavior as a living cell without going outside the laws of physics and chemistry. List of paradoxes and mysteries spread all over this treaties specifically pinpoint the inherent breaches.

Selfishness of genes

'Science Today' March 1980, page 23 carries a significant article "The evolution of behavior". The author quotes 4 types of behavior as analyzed by Dr. Hamlington. They are: Selfish, altruistic (helpful), co-operative and spiteful. Two curious remarks on page 24 are significant. "Populations dominated by selfish individuals are much more likely to become extinct, whereas the selfish do not swamp out the altruists as quickly". Second remark on page 25 is, "Altruism also helps in self replication. In the case of the honey bees, it is thought, the unique genetic make-up is responsible for altruism".

Summary:

-          When varied selfish motives come together, they remain tied down till it is mutually convenient to them. Lincoln used to say – we take others as friends till their errors suit us. This truth experienced in society is but reflection of universal truth, experienced in every grain of our body. Several examples of 'contradiction' in Nature have been mentioned by S. V. in his books.

-          Cause and effect relationship presupposes separation of cause and effect, conceptually though in human frame, for all the internal events, it is supposed to be found fused into a so called individual.

-          Mind (non-matter) decides and body (matter) acts. That is why it is often said that “non-matter matters a lot”!  Life is full of paradoxes.

OVERLAPPING MINDS AND MULTILAYERNESS. (MIND POWER -6)

(Excerpts from book: MIND POWER (1980) CH 11, Author - Swami Vijnananand (S.V.), Manashakti publication)

Let us understand multi-layer ness of life. . This is a step by step life story of Aphid (a small insect harmful to plants) (* The strange things in the world; page 140)

STEPS:

1.      Stem mother – a newly hatched female
2.      Injects the substance into the leaf and the house builds itself around her.
3.      Inside the house she passes through four stages.
4.      Her structure changes four times completely, four times, i.e. she becomes in a sense four different animals one after another.
5.      In the fourth stage she gives birth to 50 to 100 living young.
6.      Each of these young in turn goes through four stages.
7.      In the last stage they have wings.
8.      The winged insects crawl out through a hole in the gall. (leaf house)
9.    Each produces 10 to 20 young on the bottom of the leaf.
10.  Each of the young, in turn, goes through five stages.
11.  During the last stage they are both male and female.
12.  This is the first and only time; the male makes its appearance in the life cycle. All the other births are by pathogenesis. (Reproduction without fertilization)
13.  Each of the female lays eggs on the witch hazel. (liquid from a bank of a particular tree in N. America. The buds are destined to become leaves in the early spring. The eggs lay above hatch a few days before the leaves appear.)
14.  New aphids, all female, come out from the hatched eggs. (This is step one i.e. stem mother, a newly hatched female.)

The female aphid hatched from the egg injects some of the house building material into the leaf, upon which she finds herself. She becomes a new stem mother and the strange life process continues all over again. The phenomenon (can be illustrated as) multi- layer ness of life

We have another interesting reference. (Clock of Living Nature, page 106)

Every organism has a multitude of rhythmic processes with cycles of different duration. The more complex is the organism, the more intricate is the symphony of its rhythms.

Same tissue participates in the construction of different organs and has different rhythms.

The smooth muscle of the wall of intestine executes 10 to 15 oscillations per second.  The same muscle as a component part of the digestive track has rhythm with cycles of one to two hours. As a part of the organization, the muscle tissue of the intestine also has a diurnal periodicity (taking a day to complete an oscillation). To this phenomenon N.Perma gave the name “Multi layer Ness of Life.”

11.1     Mind proved. : -- Cell changing “use” or “longevity”.

Nobel Prize winner Dr. Sherington tells:- If a piece of part of the embryo which is to be the main nerve cord be removed and its place given to other skin and taken from a region not destined to be nerve cord at all , then – The new graft not originally destined to be a nerve cord , becomes nerve cord. The embryo at this stage seems to be pervaded (totally perceived in every part) by some general plan which compels each of its localities, whatever prominence of material there, to become what is demanded there as a part of the eminent (respected) plan.

In the embryo frog, the cells destined to be brain can be replaced by the skin or the back, the back even of another embryo. These (cells) after transplantation become brain cells in their new host and stem to serve the brain purpose duly.

The cells of some organs are harder, less complex, and more stable. Irreversible changes take a longer time to come to those harder cells. The cells of other organs are delicate and vulnerable. They (the cells of the organ) begin to disintegrate sooner, giving rise to earlier reversible changes.

Some cells live quite longer after their owner’s death. They are for instance the cells of the hairs, nails, the epithelia of the skin.

The tissues of the body turn out, much more sensitive to cold than the tissues removed from it. This is highly surprising; it should have been the other way round.

Cells behavior, after death of a person

Generally speaking man dies when his cells die, particularly of those of the central nervous system and the most important organs; but; more precisely, man dies but some of his cells are still alive. The hairs and nails, for instance, grow some times after a person’s death.
At Professor Kravkov’s laboratory, as has been observed, fingers cut from corpses continued to live. A fluid that was much like blood was passed through their vessels, sustaining a life in them for a week or longer. Experiments of that kind show that not all cells perish when a person dies.

(i)  Kulyabko, the Tomak physiologist did with thyroid glands what Karkov has done with the fingers, that is, he introduced some Ringer-Locke fluid into the excised (completed removed) gland’s artery. The fluid circulated through the gland and emerged from the opening of the vain. Kulyabko collected it as it flowed out and discovered that contained the hormones of the thyroid gland. The gland was by no means dead. It was alive and contained its hormones. Clearly, some organs of corpse long retain their vital properties, provided they are placed in a suitable medium...

(ii)This is also true of more complex organs. Prof. Kulyabko performed another astounding experiment.  He placed a dark, roundish somewhat elongated meaty object into a unique apparatus with glass and rubber tube and a small electric motor. The meaty object was an ordinary human heart. The Prof. had taken the little motor, pumped through Locke’s solution a variety of nutrient medium into the heart by the glass and rubber tubes. And the heart of a day old corpse began to beat.

(iii)                         Bryukhonenko and Chenchulin, two Mosco physiologists made another remarkable experiment. They beheaded a dog and made its head live for a while. It opened its eyes, closed them in a strong light and opened them again. When acid was supplied to its lips, its tongue licked it off. The head even pricked up its ears at the sound of a whistle. Bryukhoneko and Chechulin sustained the head’s life by passing a nutrient medium through its arteries.

11.2     Cell systems have flexibility:

(i)                             Variation in work.
(ii)                           To do the work which they normally don’t.
(iii)                         Cells recognize each other in danger.

11.3     Qualitative layered differences of mind….. Using cell structures as only vehicles

We have already seen (in 11.1,) that replacement of one cell in the avenue of another organ also works. We have also seen the next supremacy of the cell from the cerebral cortex. In aggregate, it amounts to “cell mind” having a different entity choosing “cell mechanism” merely as a vehicle to carry out its own end.

So on one hand the inferences are:-

-          Mind of each cell has its own ends.
-          It has its own convenience.
-          Mind has its own strengths as well as weaknesses.  And lastly,
-          Mind uses the cell mechanism merely as a vehicle, so that, whatever may be the ‘organized’ cell-structure, cell mind can ‘fashion’ it according to its own needs.

On the other hand this means - All we have seen, there is a qualitative difference in these cell minds right from nails to cerebral cortex and beyond it the “Organized Mind”. This suggests the layer of qualitative aspect within the individual whole.

11.4. “Discretion” beyond matter: - Proved by Antibody. (Antibody = a substance formed in the blood to fight against disease.)

Antigen is a substance capable of stimulating formation of anti-body. Let us see what is antibody. Antibody is a protein produced in an animal when a certain kind of substance (an antigen) which is normally foreign to its tissues gains access to them. The antibody combines chemically with the antigen. Antigens are mostly proteins or carbohydrates, and every different antigen stimulates production of one or more antibodies of a kind specific to itself, i.e. each antibody combines with a specific antigen and no other antigen. Importance of antibody formation is defense mechanism of vertebrates against invasion particularly by bacteria and viruses. Antibodies are not formed in plants. When parasites or their poisonous products enter the tissue, the animal produces antibody fluids. This antibody formation is stimulated by antigen forming part of, or produced by the parasites. A given parasite is likely to bear several antigens, some peculiar of its species therefore they evoke several sorts of antibodies, equally specific. In some cases different pathogens (Disease creating agents) have the same antigen, so that immunity to one confers immunity to another. (e.g. vaccinia and small pox). The combination of antibody with antigen kills or immobilizes parasites or makes them more susceptible to phagocytes to make their poison harmless.

It is still uncertain, where in the body, antibodies are formed. But once produced, they are found mainly in the blood, and may persist there long after disappearance of the antigen, conferring immunity to a new infection by the same sort of parasite. Immunity to diseases from vaccination or inoculation is due to antibodies. Substances quite unconnected with parasites can act as antigens when injected, e.g. almost any foreign proteins.

Wisdom of antibody “unknown” in science

Carefully looked the definition tells us that …. Anti-body’s action is not only against living parasites but also against any foreign protein. Secondly, every different antigen stimulates specific antibody. Such wisdom is beyond the scope of matter. As usual, the definition has also told us “It is still uncertain, where in the body antibodies are formed. How they are formed, is the question not asked and not answered. We find one more declaration of ignorance. (New Biology no.31 A-3, page 106) “The fact is that, from the moment of entry of antigen into a cell to the later emergence of antibody, we know very little of what goes on.” The action of antibody is after all the “quality” initiated by the “quality” of multilayer mind specified for such emergency.

11.5     Brain cells change (?), “Cell growth at will” Darwin.
(Ref. Rich, Ambitious, Healthy, points 5E, 5F.)

We have a ref. of Darwin’s statements, two statements.

(A) He talks about a dog remembering a whistle, when all brain cells are changed, with a period of five years in between. There is definitely a question mark, whether brain atoms (can) change wholesale to that extent. But putting this question aside, granting the change as put forth by Darwin, two things emerge.

(i)       The ‘mental individuality’, to which we called ‘organized mind’, is retained.

(ii)       Though the matter within brain i.e.  Brain cells or atom-matter changes, the cell mind continues to hold the wisdom gained.

(B) Another story by Darwin is equally interesting. (It is mentioned that) Changes in bone, weight occurred within six months because mind was convinced of its necessity.

11.6     ‘Not heart alone’ proves multilayer ness, but lungs, kidneys, liver also prove it.

·         We review three stories from science here. (Paths of science,P-31, page 60)
·         In neglected tuberculosis, the lungs tissues disintegrate. But doctors have now learned to cure the disease provided the treatment is begun early enough. If the moment is lost, the disease develops, disintegration spreads over to new areas and the patient is in mortal (that must die) danger.
·         There is disease known as ‘pyonerphrosis’. This disease destroys the kidneys. Morbid changes affect the calyces and tubules, which are the kidney’s most vital parts. If the disease is allowed to progress in both kidneys, it is fatal.
·         One more disease ‘cirrhosis of liver’ is much like tuberculosis and pyonerphrosis. It destroys the tissues of the liver. If allowed to develop, it causes death.

Narrating the three cases, the author adds: Patients who die of these diseases cannot be returned to life after their heart stops beating. The treatment (for heart, immediately after death within six minutes to restore it) accorded by Buyan would be futile in their case. Blood injection would not make them breathe again, not even two of the possible minutes passed after death. These patients need more than a functioning heart to return to life. What they need is ‘sound lungs’ in one case, ‘sound kidneys’ in another and ‘sound liver’ in the third. And medicine, so far, is unable to provide a patient with new lung or liver.

11.7     Death helps forgetting shocks.*
(* Paths of science, P-31, page 62, 64)

We now refer to stories which lead us to prove the “Mind and Multilayer ness of mind”.

A case is of life recovery from shock. (On page 64)

We shall quote how brain cell to have save them-selves. (Page 71 of Paths of science)

·         When the situation deteriorates and blood circulation stops, they try to save themselves from complete exhaustion and ruin by ceasing their function.
·         If a simple brain cell dies or ceases functioning to ‘save itself’, as the author says, three things become clear:-
-   Since the cell ‘saves itself’, it returns to life later
-   It means there is some thing in cell beyond matter.
-   Though brain cells gave way, other layers of cell minds continued.

Multilayer ness of mind is again proved, with the organizing mind that bridges the whole individuality.

11.9     Belief in existence after death at all levels.

11.9.1 Cell level:-

- Suicide bags: There is a ref. to suicide bags in cells which are otherwise called as Lysosome. In cell structure there are tiny parts where energy is “manufactured”, and energy is released. If for any reason, the cover of the lysosome is broken, that eats the cell body itself.

- Lysosome fulfill extremely important function in cell and it is now realized that far from being suicide bag they form a building mechanism for enabling the cell to adapt metabolically to rapidly changing conditions of food supply, oxygen concentration and other environmental factors which occur in many living systems.

- We shall check-up three earlier refs.

(a) Lysosome: It is clearly essential for the digestive enzymes to be rigorously segregated from the rest of the cellular content, to which they could cause irreparable damage. (That is why they are covered separately and the covers are called suicide bags.) They are particularly numerous and large in cells such as macrophages.(A large white blood cell, occurring principally in connective tissues and in blood stream that ingests foreign particles and infectious micro-organisms by phagocytes). These cells perform special digestive functions
Lysosomes are also believed to be involved in the fertilization of the ova, morphogenesis, aging and some diseases. They may play a part in carcinogenesis. (The changing of normal cells to cancer cells.)

(b) Cell injury involves another aspect of lysosome function known as auto digestion or autophagy (controlled digestion). In this, some of the contents of cell itself are engulfed (surrounded to cover completely) by the lysosome and broken down.
When injury is due to starvation, this process enables to use some of its own material for the formation of essential substances no longer available from outside sources, without causing irreparable damage.

(c) Lack of oxygen also affects lysosome.
It seems that, in cell suddenly deprived of oxygen; the lysosome may rupture, resulting in the release of enzymes and the death of the cell by auto digestion.

It is seen clearly from all above references that the lysosome (suicidal bags) seems to be really destructive, though, only under certain circumstances.

S.V. Comments: The mechanism in lysosome to “adapt” is the basis then the life after such a suicide must be assumed.
One wonders, when cancer is one of the repercussions, how that can be in the interest of the organizer? This can be reconciled when we refer to the role of lysosome seen above. The quotation “that far from being suicidal bags” they form inbuilt mechanism for enabling to adapt. When in practice, the description of “suicidal bags’ cannot be under rated, the ‘suicide’ function of the lysosome should be grunted (should be considered as low key function or not so harsh function), i.e. they are adapting not destructing. Alternatively, if the mechanism to ‘adapt’ is in the interest of organism, life after such suicide must be assumed.

11.9.2 At the human level.

From the relevant references of man dying of ‘his will’, are provided in ‘know your death’ (another book by S. V.) on part nine point three, page 106.

11.9.3.      At animal level.

Mind’s existence beyond death and Mind’s multi layered ness.

·         Jatinga village in Assam: Nature continues to hold mysteries which seem quite beyond capacity of human to explain “adequately”. An Indian zoological team has confirmed what might otherwise have been dismissed as a fabricated folk tale or superstition of unsophisticated villagers. Year after years, on dark and stormy nights thousands of birds flock to just one village – Jatinga in Assam, where they are attracted by lights set up by the residents. What is so strange is that once they land, they make no attempt to escape and allow them to be killed or captured on the spot. This phenomenon was first sighted in 1905. The scientific team led by Dr. Sudhir Sengupta just cannot come up with even an intelligent hypothesis for the remarkable phenomenon.

·         Lemming (mouse like rodents): Whenever the population

S.V.Comments:  Here at least, one can guess that in the interest of the preservation of the species as a whole, nature has so programmed the genes of the Lemmings. But why in Jatinga, of all the places, do all manners of birds from bulbul to woodpeckers get afflicted (to cause trouble, pain or distress.) with death wish?
At all these levels one would see multi layer ness and the instance of death provide us the clue of inner belief of mind existence beyond death.

11.10 All body changes in seven years, yet knowledge remains.

It has been estimated that a human being has a new body every seven years, the time it takes for the old cells of the body to be replaced by new ones. Even if statistically accurate this figure is very misleading since it does not provide a reasonable picture of what is taking place around the different types of cells of the body at any particular stage of existence.

The Brain: - For example, brain reaches its mature size within a few years after birth, while the body as a whole undergoes considerable growth. By this time most of the nerve cells have been laid down even if they have not yet achieved mature size and differentiation. Barring loss through accidents or diseases they will continue to function throughout life at the level of performance.

Nerve cells: - If a nerve cell is destroyed it cannot be replaced by another. Long before its attainment of final form, the potential nerve cell loses its capacity to multiply. (Refer fig. Mind Power page 115) No general nerve cell replacement center exists as is true for blood cells. But there is some experimental evidence to suggest that enriched environment during early childhood can lead to either an increase in small interconnecting neurons or in the number of connections between neurons in the brain.

Muscles: - Recent studies also suggest that muscles are capable of limited replacement when losses occurs. Dividing cells have been found among those farming smooth muscles but as far as striated skeletal or heart muscles, it is far from likely that injury to such tissues is repaired by connective cells forming scar tissues, which lack contractile properties. That an organ remains constant in size is not, therefore indicative of its rate of cell replacement, unless the active turnover rate of cells is known, the constancy of size merely indicates that there is no net gains or loss of cells. The death of old cells can be equaled by the production of new ones.

Some biologists estimate that each day the human body loses one to two percent of its cells through death. The body weight remains constant therefore the dead cells must be replaced by new ones, by billions of cells every day. Since virtually none of these is produced in the muscles or nervous tissues and since muscles and nervous tissues must be equal to about half of the body weight, there must be active center of death and replacement elsewhere.
These would include the protective layers and regions of the blood forming, digestive and reproductive systems. The other organs of the body have much slower replacement rates. A liver cell for example, has been estimated to have an average life span of about 18 months.

Cells have different qualitative layers. (Multi- layer ness of mind)

S.V.’S COMMENTS; - The lesson of the cell development story is eye opening. Knowledge, skill, experience acquired by cells belong to (organizer) mind. This also establishes how the matter changes and the continuing faculty of whatever knowledge, skill, experience acquired by every cell and the whole individual could belong only to mind and not matter.

Mind controls other minds in hypnotism.

Famous book “the world as physiological and therapeutic factor” “Psychic research behind the iron curtain” and many other books on hypnotism focus the attention on one mind having impact on the other. Mass hypnotism through radio, T.V. is additional evidence. All go to establish increasing layers of psycho levels.

Note: - Page 115 of MIND POWER.

The human nerve cell or neuron, which lasts (has a life span) generally as long as the individual and which does not divide once delineated, (completely formed) as a neuroblast, has its origin in tissues known as Medullar epithelium.
The epithelium produces all the varied cells of the nervous system, but the neuron acquires its polarity with its axon and dendrites --- as it is differentiated from a neuroblast to neuron.
The axon, if cut or damaged, can regenerate itself. But if the cell body with its nucleus is destroyed, it cannot regenerate.

11.11 Antibody without Antigen proves Mind: There is an experiment quoted in an international conference on burning problems. A patient with third degree burn injuries can be cured by the blood of a person who was previously recovered from burn injuries.

11.12 Whether Mind controls matter or vice versa: Once it is conceded that a cell has a mind illusive question remains why the sense organs themselves should not be accused of encircling mind, for their own ends of pleasure? This question is a tricky one.

At birth, it was the ‘organized mind’ that must have been the first architect. He collected or chose suitable cell empire for his own ends. One can suspect that it is a game of mutual convenience played between ‘organizing mind’ and ‘all cell minds’. But certainly this game cannot start, unless initiative of the organized mind is accepted. Slightly a coarse simile will serve the purpose.

Organizing mind acts like a gang leader, who enlists the support of like minded subordinates. In the end the over-stressed gang men that is rebelling cells, moot the revolt. What we call disease or death. Assuming for a moment that the cells in various organs dictate the ‘organizing mind’ for their own luxuries, why the ‘organizing mind’ not deny the slavery? It would well rebel, resign or ab-initio it may not accept the role of ‘organizer’ at all. One more alternative is, the organizing mind can commit suicide as many do. As we checked elsewhere, all deaths are chosen deaths by organizing mind (part nine of ‘Know your death’).

Concrete case (Illustration.)

Suppose a cell of the eye agreeably encounters a mango. By themselves eyes would be contented to ‘look’ at the mango color. But process does not stop here. The information of eye cells is passed on to the cells of the Cerebral Cortex, where the ‘organized mind’ correlates this information to the tongue and also the hand division through the motor area of the brain, so that the mango is picked by the hand and destination tongue is reached. Inferentially, therefore, when various cells might have their own limited desires, the organizing mind cannot eschew (avoid) its responsibilities.

An eye cell for instance, as a single microbe, might have searched its food in the pond, now evolved as an eye cell gets its ready food through an integrated system called “man”. Therefore, eye cell participates in the game. Yet the piloting point of all individual freaks remains organizing mind. At integrated level, we know, fingers can work as “eyes’ to a limited extent.

In essence, “desire” of cell is limited. Comparatively, organizing mind dominates.

Crude process from Birth to Death

1 “Organizing mind” invites suitable like-minded subordinate cell minds, to rally round to fabricate body.

2 For mutual convenience to some extent, but predominantly because of organizing mind’s over powering demand, body cells remain over acted. (They have to over exert themselves.)

-          This over action goes on (then sometimes) damaging cell accelerates their somatic renovation every ninety days or so.
-          When still over-stressed, cell rebuke (to express sharp or severe disapproval) alerting the organizing mind by some disease.

Organizing mind given to unabated (limitless) pleasures, finally riches limit having no spare energy to continue organization of the somatic cell empire and abdicates (leaves kingdom) it. That is so called death.

In Nov. 78, Jim-Janes and his people's Temple followers at Jonestown, Guyana committed mass suicide. Nine hundred people committed suicide. Jones was accused of pressuring people, though psychological study does not fully endorsed it. 'Science Today' March 1980 page 21 records "One such People's Temple member was recently quoted as saying: 'Had I been in Jonestown on 18 Nov., 1978, I would have been the first in line to take the poison if I had been so honored".

Addition to point 11.6 and 11.9.1 - "Cell saves itself" - means brain verses mind

In 11.7 of the original work, there is a reference that the cell saves itself by ceasing to exit. Cells of the cortex 'die quicker' or in other words, 'cells save themselves', has significance. Brain cells, as if die quicker, as a first casualty. On one hand, they die earlier as a punishment for their despotic rule. And on the other hand, they have to leave such a way partly because of their long-standing rebel against mind. Students of English history can compare this situation with the changing role between the King and parliament, where each side differed with the other and tried to extract advantages from its counterpart. During these engagements, the luck changed often, this way and that way, where the final victory was claimed by democracy. Likewise, there is a conflict between the organizing mind and brain, where the latter can be compared with the prime minister. At one stage, brain, the prime minister derives its power from the king, while differences with King-mind increase. Page 67 to 71 of "Rich, ambitious and healthy" has described changing relationship between mind and body cells. Cortex cells as a prime minister can also be compared with theatre actor who performs his role for selfishness, efficiently. But not necessary that the actor is one with the aspirations of the sentences he utters on the stage. His apparent oneness with his role is a mirage, purposeful or otherwise, and this actor on the stage may have conflict with his pay master, behind the stage.

Summary:

-          Mind of each cell has its own ends. It has its own convenience. Mind has its own strengths as well as weaknesses.
-          Mind uses the cell mechanism merely as a vehicle, so that, whatever may be the ‘organized’ cell-structure, cell mind can ‘fashion’ it according to its own needs.

-          Importance of antibody formation is for defense mechanism of vertebrates against invasion particularly by bacteria and viruses.
-          Wisdom of antibody which is unknown to science is beyond the scope of matter. It is still uncertain, where in the body antibodies are formed.
-          Multilayer ness of mind is proved, with the organizing mind that bridges the whole individuality.
-          At birth, it was the ‘organized mind’ that must have been the first architect. It collected or chose suitable cell empire for its own ends. One can suspect that it is a game of mutual convenience played between ‘organizing mind’ and ‘all cell minds’. But certainly this game cannot start, unless initiative of the organized mind is accepted
-          In essence, “desire” of cell is limited. Comparatively, organizing mind dominates.
-          The concept of multi mind goes further and we see the overlapping multi-minds under the control of the organizing mind from different illustrations provided.

Multi-Cellular Organism Presupposes Organized Mind . (MIND POWER - 5)

(Excerpts from book: MIND POWER (1980) CH 10, Author - Swami Vijnananand (S.V.), Manashakti publication)

While examining the origin of life, we have so far seen a chain starting from coaservate drops to virus, virus to single cell organism and the role of non-matter (mind) in each step. We have also examined the “free will” aspect of the mind (non-matter) starting from electron.

The next step of evolution was the group life of cells as a single organism. It presupposes the existence of a group leader or ‘organizing mind’. Without the leader the chaotic conditions may prevail.

10.1 “Metazoan” (multi cellular) presupposes qualitatively different extra mind.

Protozoa is in the category of a single cell animal. Metazoan includes all the multiple cell chain including man.

A system of enforced communism

Once multi-celled organism is conceded, it cannot be done without a system. Unless the group of cells agrees to submit a single entity in a given system, the individual (multi celled) organism cannot come into existence. The eventuality (of formation of multi cellular single organism) ordains (makes a rule) that the cells have to agree to come together for whatever advantages or disadvantages.

In evolution we have seen cells living in community. The book Cine Biology (chapter 5, page 57) under the heading “an experiment in communism” speaks about hydra and lobelia. (Delicate moss like growth on rocks) .Whatever food is captured by one polyp (a sedentary type animal form) goes to the nourishment of a colony as a whole and is thus shared by every other polyp. It is, in fact, a system of enforced communism.

Going to the root of this aspect of multi minds and multi cellular (individual) organism, we have to note following important statements.

(1) A single cell must have the capacity to accommodate more than one mind.

(2) If not earlier, such an extra mind must be conceded at least at the time of cell division, without which cell division cannot take place.

(3) These two minds ought to be unequal (different/distinct). Oparin has pointed out the inequality in pre organic state. (Origin of life -1P –page 78 to 83):

“Even those (coacervate) drops which appear simultaneously in a solution differ somewhat from one another as regards composition and internal structure.” Oparin goes on with his explanation at length and then mentions “For all our advanced techniques we have yet not approached the level of rationalization possessed by living nature.

(Mind and desire for inequality:  S.V. says: - We have already established non material nature of mind. Here we have shown how scientists encounter obscure inequalities in pre organic state).

(4)        The psychical developments at the cell stage retained their obscurities, since they were inherent in them.

(5)        Mind at each cell, after the development of the respective cell was to face its co-existing friend or rival.

(6)        The extra mind must be either superior or inferior. In quality, possibly, it may be superior, perhaps because of latent period of rest it enjoyed. Unless that is conceded, the progressive evolution is not possible. Unless the later development of cell is more progressive, the development or replication will only be mechanical.

(7)        Moreover, evolution is a spiral development and this requires extra mind to be superior, which in turn may assume the role of organizing mind in the multi cellular development.

(8)        Unless there is such a spare mind to spare, the very plan of cell division cannot set foot.

(9)        Once the psyche is hypothesized with proof, possibility of many minds occupying the space of a single cell, if needed, cannot be questioned. Of course, mind occupies no space and therefore, it can remain attached or detached in nucleus of cell as the need be.

The hypothesis of multi-minds in a single organism with “organized mind” can be solved so logically. Without the acceptance of this condition, the phenomenon of cell division shall relegate (be Dismissed or cancelled).

10.2     Inequalities persist in plant and animal cells. (Plants feel)

With the advance of science, it has become more and more difficult to find clear cut differences between plants and animals. Inequalities in the cell persist in multi cellular organism. That is logical explanation as if a bio-mirroring.

Plant feelings (Ref. Plant Autograph, Dr. J. Bose)

(i)When animals, plants and metals have been subjected to the same questioning shocks, they have in all cases given similar replies. They exhibit similar fatigue and similar exaltation.

(ii) Executive center: - In animals, the essential difference between the sensory and motor impulse is that:

Sensory impulse --- travels towards the center
Motor impulse --- travels away from the center
It is impossible to tell whether they travel with same or different velocity.

In the plant – It is comparatively easy to measure the two speeds and it is surprising fact that the outgoing motor impulse is the quicker of the two. The speed of the nervous impulse, usually speaking decreases with the distance traveled and one winkle think that after the arrival of sensory impulse at the center, the speed of the reflected impulse would be diminished, since it had to travel a longer distance.

My (Dr. Bose’s) investigation however shows that the speed of the outgoing motor impulse is at least six times greater than that of the incoming sensory impulse. The change of a sensory into motor impulse in the reflex arch therefore connote (additionally suggest) not merely reversal in the direction of propagation, but a greater discharge of energy at the center by which the motor impulse becomes far more intense than the feeble sensory impulse. (In plants) It would thus appear that the center has a specific executive function and that a considerable amount of energy is stored there. Executive center extract energy six times more.

(iii) Matter/ non-matter sensitive. The dust particles and the earth, the plant and the animal, are all sensitive.

(iv) “Perceived in them one phase of all pervading unity that bears within it all things – the mole (small dust) that quivers (shakes, tumbles slightly), in the ripple of light, the teeming (to have in great numbers continuously) life upon our earth and that rational sun that shines above us………. It was then that I (Bose) understood for the first time, a little of that message proclaimed by my ancestors on the banks of Ganges thirty centuries ago”.

(v) When microscopic vision fails, we have to still explore the realm of the invisible. “I (Bose) have been able to make the dumb plant the most expressive speaker telling a record of historical events in order they occurred about its inner life and experiences by making it write down its own history. The self-make-record thus made shows that there is no life reaction in even the highest animal which has not been fore shadowed in the life of the plant. The plant and animals are appearing as the multiform unity in the single ocean of being". (Plant Autograph preface)

Dr. Bose satisfied his British scientist’s critics in London Royal society who objected his theory where Dr. Bose demonstrated that; plant and animal responses are similar.

10.3 “Purposive cell proves UNEQUAL MINDS

Cell and Virus, their Chemical composition is similar but “purpose” is vast varied.
Cell biology tells us that even in a single organism, there are hardly any perceptible differences in the cell. The differentiations in the purpose are vast and varied.

Because of exact duplication and segregation of DNA during cell reproduction, all of the cells in multi-cellular organism contain the same type and amount of nuclear information, have same capacity, but they use it differently. Since the nucleus is the control center of the cell, all cells should have the same potential and be capable of manufacturing all the proteins of the body. Obvious fact however is that, they do not do so.

Non –matter created Matter. (Creator is “mind”) One is more or less forced into the view that living things come from the material which was not living.

10.4     Organizing mind, Organizer Recognized by noble price winners.

When a certain restricted bit of the embryo in what will be the embryo’s back, has a curious power as so called “organizer” If it is transplanted to some part of another embryo, it sets going and seems to direct a wholesale scheme of development almost tantamount (equal in effect) to starting a new embryo. Something like this at times happens naturally.

Twines, Quintuplets: There are two kinds of twins. One kind is traceable to the fertilizing of two eggs. The twins then are not more like each other than are other children of the same parentage. In the other kind of twins both come from one and the same fertilized egg. The egg implanting itself as usual and drawing nutriment from the mother, its beginning (initial) cell mass, probably first as usual just one embryonic rudiment (basic or essential fact) then proceeds to start a second embryo. These twins are always puzzlingly alike.
The Canadian quintuplets (five children birth at a time) are of this kind. In their case, the same fertilized egg produces an accessory embryo not once, but four times more.
The “organizer” explains how this might have happened. Please note these are the observations of Dr. Sherrington, the noble prize winner scientist.

10.5     Single organism accommodating two or more minds

Dr. fredland , Russian scientist refers to “Double Life “. The findings indicate that cells in the body are more sensitive than when they are outside the body. The capacity variation of the cell within and without body is not understood and remains secret.

The advantage gained by a single integrated system, (in the body), must have some disadvantage that creates incompatibility. Temporary advantage and long term advantage are always notable to live together. The advantages of single integral system, once admitted, then the organizer in the body must be recognized. So, the secret of “incompatibility” can thus be understood logically. (Additional details refer 10.8.)

CASE – 1
Bacterial cell ---------- Simultaneously infected by two (closely related but) different phages (phage = virus that destroys bacteria) ---------- Progeny (offspring) --------- The offspring includes both types in proportion similar to the infesting mixture.
(CASE 1):  A + B = C (A + B)

CASE – 2
Similar mixed infection when the infecting phages are unrelated types yield a pure brood (number of offspring produced of one type simultaneously), other type of infesting phage is lost.
Bacteria cell -------- Infected by two not closely related (unrelated) phages ------------   offspring -------- Only one type of infesting phage.
(CASE 2)  A + B = A OR B.

Inequality at very root

In case 1, we saw virus A +virus B produced virus C (A+B) though A and B were not in same proportion, thus C must have both A and B in unequal proportion

Description: - When a bacterial cell is simultaneously infected by two closely related but different phage types, the progeny includes both types in proportions similar to infesting mixture. This may not sound especially startling but it could not of course have been predicted. Particles and the appearance of new ones, particles and infesting activities are both temporarily out of sight. Presumably, the substance of virus becomes mixed infection with substance of host cell. In a double infection, however, everything seems to straighten itself before the deadline and from temporary “disorder” re-appears high order. A mixed infection with unrelated types yields a pure brood of one type only. The infecting particle of other type is lost.

Compare this with human birth:-

Mother + Father = Son
Virus A + virus B = produces C (a + b virus)

Son is a third mind, since we can show father and mother in addition to son, visibly. In case of virus the resulting “C” is the end of all. It must be assumed to have included A and B, though in an unequal proportion. But that inequality is the very root of manifest existence. “C” might be a temporary or permanent merger of “A” and “B”. In any case, from material point of view, “A” and “B” are fused into one, whose psycho accommodation has taken to be granted.

Apart from the references disclosing two viruses in one cell, (i.e. more minds in one body) other references appear (in the book) as follows:-

1) 10.11 - Child birth, a super material effect.
2) 11- over lapping mind and multi-layered ness. (Insect with 14 lives)
3) 11.3 - Qualitative layered differences of mind. (Cell structure as only a vehicle)
4) 12.0 - Paradoxical living together.—Cell minds and Organized Mind.
5) 13.4 - Three paradoxes of viruses. (Lower dictates)
6) 13.10 Cell – Virus desire pleasure.
7) 14.2 - at birth, Mind and Matter meet as they deserve.
8) 14.7 Birth phenomenon, (ghost literally attached)

10.6 Studies about “ORGANISER” in twins. A story of Armadillo, a typical mammal

Here is a reference from an eminent authority in the field of “twin study”, Pages 69, 70. Dr. H.H. Newman, who has unsolved mystery of so-called “single” life unit (or single mind) dividing its little empire into four life units (or multiple minds), because of the “organizer” inside. The reference indicates, how at the instance of the organizer, four offshoots at psychic (mind related) level make a mark.

The basis of the ‘one egg twinning study’ is the development of nine-banded armadillo. (An earth hole living mammal in South America with a body encased in bony plates and often with habit of rolling itself into a ball when captured.)

·         Armadillo is a curious mammal that regularly produces one egg quadruplets. (Four children to same mother in one birth.)
·         It was discovered by Paterson that after a few days development, the early embryo of this animal, stops developing entirely, without having acquired any nutritive connection with the maternal uterus. (From this connection supply of nutrients comes from mother for the development). For some months, no development takes place, but a time comes when the embryo wakes up, as it were, establishes connection with the uterus and then undergoes rather quickly two twinning divisions.
·         The first division produces a pair of embryos and then each of these divide again two produce double twins or quadruplets.
·         Since every step in this twinning process in the armadillo has been observed, the fact cannot be doubted.

Don’t know: We don’t know for sure, however, what causes the embryo to stop developing, then to resume development, and almost at once to undergo two twinning divisions.

Analysis of “Don’t know”. It was natural to guess that the twinning might be a consequence of the stoppage of the development.

Hypothesis trial at other places

This hypothesis was tried out by Stockard on the eggs of fish and by Newman on those of starfish.

·         Stockard found that when he kept fish embryos at low temperature for about an hour and then returned them to normal temperature, a number of twins were produced.
·         Newman found that almost any agent that slowed down the early development of starfish embryos would endues a fair percentage of twins.
·         A number of other workers, notably, Arey, Hinrichs and Genther have helped to support this theory.

Theory: -- Primary cause of one egg twinning is a temporary stoppage of development at a critical stage.  Why a stoppage of development should be the cause of twinning is another question to which, we can offer only a pure theoretical answer.

Theory (Organizer):-- According this theory, there is present in young embryo, a certain organizing region, a region that unifies and holds together the development cells and makes them behave like an organism. Organizing center in embryos is well known to be more susceptible to inhibiting or retarding influences than are the other parts of the embryo.
When anything slows down the life process of the embryo the organizer feels it first and since it is the organizer that unifies or holds together the embryos and interference with the organizer may let the organizer come apart, as it were, so that its two halves start to go independently and gives rise to two whole individuals.

Theoretical explanation: -- Based upon the Embryological principles. - Although this is purely a theoretical explanation of an egg twinning, it is based upon embryological principle and is the only explanation that has so far been offered.

10.7     Siamese twins also prove separate psycho.

Dr. Newman has focused on the psychological aspect of one of the Siamese twins joined body to body.
Unexpected dissimilarity in the Siamese twin pair (Two children attached)
Such twins have not only a common heredity but a common environment. (They must be in the same environment all the time being attached.) So one would expect such twins to be strikingly similar even more than the pairs of separate twins that are not so intimately associated.
The fact however that Siamese twins are almost without exception more different in various ways than any but a very few pairs of separate one egg twins. This dissimilarity is not understood. One of the most difficult problems faced by the twinning specialists is that of accounting for this unexpected dissimilarity of the component of Siamese twin pairs.

Hilton Siamese Twins: Both were found to have different mental ability
Dr. Helen Koch made a psychological study of the Hilton twins when they were about 15 years old. And found that they differed in mental ability and in temperament considerably; more than the average of separate one egg twins.

10.8 Purpose of “out word ness” of the Organizer.

·         In a body, each cell group has different sustaining capacity at the time of death.
·         Cerebral cortex cell dies early (*Paths of Science,31P,pg 56,)
·         Skin, hairs, nails (of the body) these cells live longer than the cells of the cerebral cortex.
·         But so long as the body lives, the coordination of all the body is effective.

Perfect coordination in the body for preserving and developing life

·         Faced by a sudden danger, a living being must turn and flee or summon its strength to attack its foe. But the body muscles cannot accomplish either
·         The heart must be mobilized
·         The spleen must contract and eject its blood reserves into the general stream.
·         Adrenals must intensify their function to secret more adrenaline.

This in turn increases the consumption of the sugar by the muscles for additional energy. The remaining organs must also take part in the body’s struggle for the safety.
And that is what exactly happens. It is an old adage (say) that strength multiplies in time of danger. At such a time, a man is able to jump over a fence, for instance, which he would not have been able to negotiate under ordinary circumstances. Or resist (fight) a stranger adversary (rival), who would have easily overpowered him at another time.

Single center

To put all organs, internal and external alike, into simultaneous operation at small notice, they must be governed by a single center. It is this oneness of all their functions that preservers and develops life, and creates most favorable condition for body’s adjustment to its environment.

We (Human being) are unaware of some of our own (his) body functions. * (Paths of Science, 31P, Page 277)

Cortex is the center of our consciousness. Why we are unaware of some of the streams of impulses from our internal organs to the cortex? Why we do not feel them? And do not know of them? Would it be better to know each second the state of our liver, stomach, spleen, kidneys, adrenal, pancreas, thyroids and vessels? (Lung, hearts)?

No. That would be disastrous. The ceaseless streams of signals to the brain would fill in with chaotic sensation. There would be no room (to do) for anything else. It would distract animals from the realities about them. They would be helpless in the face of the outer world. The same is true for the human being.

Protective adjustment – Result of millions of years of Natural selection

It is good that intercepting signals reach no further than the threshold of consciousness and pass it (consciousness) on rare occasions only. That is the result of millions of years of natural selection and should be regarded as a protective adjustment of living being to their environment.

Prerogative of cortex – Discriminatory authority

The psychic region of cortex only admits only signals; both of the external and external world, essential at any given moment. The brain does not respond to all signals indiscriminately, many of them are inhibited. (Prevented / restricted.)

Cortex wisdom is at price (more susceptible).

Brain cells refusing code message received from their internal juniors in the name of “wisdom” must pay their price. Earlier we have seen that a blood cell within body remains more susceptible than outside the body, i.e. e. it has to pay the price for remaining in the body. It remains in the body for other advantages like protection etc.

Selective liking of organizer Vis-a- Vis body cells

If the brain cells were purely mechanical system, then they would not have been able to do selective refusal to the feedback signal from the body organ cells.
The cell has their own liking in the body. The chief organizer as a dominator (having power, control, and strong influence) has own selectivity. It may be different from cell.

10.9     Example of Organizer’s decisions.

Some more examples of how the (unaccepted) Organizer plays a role:

·         Under anesthesia i.e. comparatively undetached stage, oxygen consumption is less.
·         Cortex cells die earlier: - Cells of the cortex at dying moment die earlier, being unable to endure hardships and adversities; they try to save themselves by ceasing their function from ruin.

Organizer gets proved.

Her two paradoxes are born. Ceasing the function “saves” the cells in a notion which gives that cell, Independent Mind and survival. The other fact is that when cortex cells die earlier, some body “remains” to die later. That cannot be anybody except “Organizer” himself.

New born mouse experiment: -- Tetanus toxin was injected to a new born in a fatal dose, the dose by which a fully grown animal would have died. Nothing happened to the new-born. Psychologically and chemically, there was nothing to resist such an onslaught except the Organizer.

10.10 A non-organizer hypothesis cannot explain work change in fatigue.

In practical day to day life, you feel tired reading a brain taxing book, you take a picture book and relax yourself. In both the cases, vital mechanism involves the same cells. In the brain, as a pure mechanical action, there should be no difference unless you assume “organizer” beyond brain that accepts or rejects books or actions.

10.11 Child Birth, A super material effect.

If each intricate cell composing the body of an infant could be fashioned by a skilled worker, and he needed only one minute to create one cell then – Five hundred thousand years (500,000) of ceaseless work would be necessary for him to complete the task.
(500,000 * 365*24*60 = 262800000000 = No. of cells in the orphan) If every person living in this world today could contribute one cell to the making of an infant, there would not be enough people on the face of the earth to complete one tiny foot. See the wonders of Nature. Yet every mother accomplishes this within her womb (uterus) in mere matter of 265 days. How this is done? Science has only begun to perceive the complexity of the miracle.

Organizer cannot be denied.

If a fold of dogmatic scientists want to substitute the words “complexity”, “miracle”, or “unknown” for the world “organizer”, then nobody can help.  They have to help themselves!

10.12 whole greater than parts. Mysteries and mysteries.

Ref:  The cerebral cortex and the internal organs by Bykov

·         Page 238:- Discretionary power of cortex is suggested.
·         Page 237:- Cortex is said to have ‘initiating influence’.
·         Page 243 :- ‘so many miracles’ of body related to cortex are noted

Ref:  On the track of discovery (page 218 – 264)

The Russian book is aptly illustrating: -- How one organ can be substituted by another organ.
The fingers can “see” only when the mind and subject under experiment is encouraged. Does the matter need encouragement?

You will give some mysterious words in future as explanation, with another promise of explanation. But unfortunately these post-dated promises have remained overwhelming (Promises have remained promises). The point below and particularly its conclusion provide one such excellent example.

10.13.       Whole greater than part; proves Organizer.

·         We know the well-known principle, ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.’
·         This opens another brand of mysticism. This goes beyond physics as well as arithmetic.
·         Coincidentally, ‘Modern Science and Nature of Life’ has mentioned the similar axiom.
·         Nangal makes a vigorous and long overdue attack on the verbal reefs, which surround the world “sum”. He accepts the familiar use of sum such as ‘sum of two plus two’ or the ‘sum of forces’.
·         But what is meant when someone says “The function of the kidney is more than the sum of the function of its cells, blood vessels, tissues etc.”?
·         The answer to the above question depends upon the body of theory underlying one’s concepts. (In this example only mechanistic theory can’t be applicable.)
·         Clock: Using a clearly mechanistic theory, the behavior of a clock can be easily explained as sum of the behavior of its cogs, wheels and pendulum.

Thermal behavior of the solids

Nangal says – Though the thermal behavior of solids is not the sum of its parts relative to the classical kinetic theory of matter, it is such a sum relative to the modern quantum mechanics.

Behavior of the Organism

To say that the behavior of the organism is not the sum of the behavior of its parts and its total behavior cannot be understood adequately in physio chemical terms , even though the behavior of each of its part is explicable (can be explained) mechanically.

No theory available to derive the total behavior of the organism.

From the above it is clear that no body of general theory is now available from which statement about the total behavior of the organism is derivable. So, we shall probably, never know all there is to know about the living organism.

10.14   Why should science choose word ‘miracle” to Mind?

A science book explains a miracle: The average protein must be boiled for twenty four hours in a solution of 20 % hydrochloric acid to be thoroughly broken down. The body does the same thing in four hours and without high temperature and strong acid. The above power of the body poses a challenge. Author says the most challenging question is how the human body or any organism body manufactures enzymes? (Which help bring about digestion)?

Postdated hopes and promises of further check-up (S. V.): On every occasion, the first un-understood world is to be explained by the promise of the next un-understood word. And therefore the same article on enzymes has mentioned: - Yet the cycle of breakdown and synthesis (in the body) proceeds in the face of an apparent paradox.

10.15     Story of the Parrot and the Organizer.

There is an old story. A pet parrot was very dear to the king. He has asked all his servants to take proper care of the pet. One day the parrot died. Since with this news the king would get annoyed, servants dared not report its death to the master directly. So the servant who has ultimately to report says – ‘the parrot does not eat, does not speak…  Does not move, and so on!! In the present context, we encounter a reverse story. Dogmatic scientists are avoiding the birth of a parrot (mind). They want to avoid the world “mind” and substitute all its attributes in the name of mystery. …….. Perhaps new kind of parrot is their reward.

Summary:

-          In a multi-cell organism since the body functions are divided between the body organs, the co-ordination or the organizing of the overall body function is the function of the ‘organizer’ or ‘organizing mind’.
-          Though the physical and chemical composition of the cells may not differ significantly, yet their functions are distinctly different. Thus the existence of multi-minds in the single body can be inferred by logic.
-          The mind power is super-material which is illustrated in the amount of energy required for the birth of a child.
-          ‘Whole greater than part’ is proved by the working of the body.
-          Behavior of the Organism: To say that the behavior of the organism is not the sum of the behavior of its parts and its total behavior cannot be understood adequately in physio chemical terms , even though the behavior of each of its part is explicable (can be explained) mechanically.
-          The mechanical or material explanation of body function or the life activities ends in gaps. These are often termed as, riddles, paradoxes or mysteries.
-          Acceptance of ‘mind’ as a scientific entity and studying this non-matter mind (as done by S. V.in his new way philosophy), would solve such mysteries.
